- Previous management and leadership experience.
- Possess strong operational and management skills.
- Experience scheduling employees, as well as counseling and mentoring employees, hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating Vendor Personnel.
- Demonstrated track record of superior customer service.
Previous law enforcement or military experience is required. Our management team embodies several competencies and want you to as well.
- Highly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrity.
- Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.
- Conscientious and demonstrated initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
