Account Management Trainee Duties:
- Drive client engagement by conveying product features, advantages, and benefits in a clear and compelling manner
- Execute sales by meeting one-on-one with prospective customers
- Utilize a generated lead list to make contact and qualify customers
- Build lasting relationships with clients by diving into their needs, engaging in a friendly but professional manner, and resolving any concerns in a timely manner
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for all team members
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings, staying up-to-date on industry trends and market dynamics to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills
- Comply with all company policies and procedures while interacting with customers
Preferred Account Management Trainee Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Leadership, Management, Account Manager, Business Development, Sales or related fields is preferred
- A determined and resilient attitude, capable of handling rejection, setbacks, and challenges while maintaining a positive attitude
- A desire to grow and advance quickly from an entry level position
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- MUST be available to work on-site 5 days a week
- MUST be authorized to work in the United States
