What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales territory action plans and call strategies to foster ongoing business with current accounts.
- Utilize your deep understanding of clinical, consultative, and strategic selling skills to drive new market potential, thereby expanding business within the assigned territory.
- Strategically market Health System Services to doctors’ offices and hospitals, with the goal of earning new patient referrals.
- Develop sales territory action plans and call strategies to grow your territory’s sales-referral base.
- Ensure patients are well taken care of and that there is a seamless handoff to their chosen home medical equipment provider.
- Target high-referral volume prospects and build valuable consultative relationships.
- Deliver educational presentations and in-services for healthcare providers.
- Manage account activity, sales documentation, reports, and territory effectively.
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure accurate billing and service documentation, meeting insurance coverage criteria.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.

- Adept at prospecting, strategizing, and planning territory growth.
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, email, and CRM systems
- Demonstrate clear and professional written and oral communication.
- High School Diploma required; college degree strongly preferred.

Compensation
- Compensation includes a competitive base salary, commission plan, opportunity for bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and an extensive benefits package.
- Successful Account Managers have the potential to earn up to $85,000+ in their first year.
Territories
- Seven (7) counties of the Lower and Upper Mid-Hudson region (i.e.. Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester)
