Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer service while also contributing to our sales efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and advancement within the insurance industry. Having 4-40 or 2-20 license and/or 6+ months of experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and processing documentation in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to identify opportunities for sales, cross-selling and upselling insurance products to meet clients' evolving needs.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure that their policy is in good standing.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options to meet their individual needs.
• Process new insurance applications and policy renewals accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Active 4-40 Customer Representative License.
• Previous 6 months + experience in customer service and sales is perferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
