Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer service while also contributing to our sales efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and advancement within the insurance industry. Having 4-40 or 2-20 license and/or 6+ months of experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and processing documentation in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to identify opportunities for sales, cross-selling and upselling insurance products to meet clients' evolving needs.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure that their policy is in good standing.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately and thoroughly.
- Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options to meet their individual needs.
- Process new insurance applications and policy renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Active 4-40 Customer Representative License.
- Previous 6 months + experience in customer service and sales is perferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
