NBI, a leading continuing education provider, is currently seeking a sales Account Executive.
Account Executives are responsible for using a consultative and solutions-based approach to selling NBI products and services, including organizational packages and team training solutions. Account Executives combine relationship selling techniques with a deep knowledge of NBI’s product lines, maximizing revenue from each customer contact.
Primary responsibilities include fielding interest in NBI product offerings, conducting customer meetings and demonstrations, upselling existing products, negotiating and closing sales opportunities, and onboarding and management of organizational accounts.
The candidate should possess a high level of professionalism, positive energy, and motivation for personal achievement. Most of the selling is executed by making outbound contacts via email, telephone, and online technology platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or other related field or equivalent industry experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum 3 year of sales quota experience with proven history of meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous B2B sales/account management experience
- Experience with inbound and outbound calling/prospecting
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
