Account Executive Csr

Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to lead our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Account Executive will be responsible for executing account reviews with our clients and new prospects. Manage and lead our staff to process policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is required.

Hands On Training

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provideexceptional customer service.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personalgoals.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• Hold General Lines Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Obtain General Lines Life & Health insurance licenses within 120 days of hire.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
