The Account Exec will develop and effectively manage relationships within assigned stakeholders, such as the MSP/VMS teams and Client Hiring Managers. This person must be a fun-loving detailed oriented individual, who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys problem solving. Key Responsibilities:
- Explore, build and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders including Client Hiring Managers /Leaders, MSP/VMS teams and Talent Acquisition members
- Generate new leads/business/channels at existing client engagements. Continually explore new opportunities with clients.
- Meet with key stake holders from the client/MSP, attend networking meetings, client supplier meetings, etc. Up to 30% travel is expected.
- Manage client performance expectations including service levels to ensure complete client satisfaction
- Act as a point of contact for all client issues and expectations
- Work closely with the internal service delivery (recruitment) team to achieve expected quality and service levels
- Review submittal quality (random checks)
- Manage interview process with hiring managers to gain more insight into the interview process and gather information for guiding recruiters
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Support the contractor placement process by clarifying job requirements with clients, screening and reviewing submittal quality, coordinating interviews, gaining insight into interview process, and providing feedback. Get feedback on existing consultants, and generate more positions within the project/buying center
- Provide ongoing contractor maintenance through consistent contact with field staff and escalated issues. Coordinate with HR, Accounting, Clients and Management for issue resolution.
- Onboard new contractors, run background checks, contracts, etc
- Maintain our compliance with our clients specific processes
- Maintain data for reports, metrics and databases. Monitor monthly target vs. actual for sales and profit.
- MSP and VMS landscape - including rate cards and contract process
- Ability to work on client demand (9 to 5 mindset need not apply)
- Maintain high work ethics and standards throughout the team
- Manage consultant end dates to minimize drops through remarketing or extensions
