Mercury Promotions & Fulfillment is a full-service Marketing Agency, specializing in several key areas, including Branded Merchandise. The Account Coordinator will assist a Branded Merchandise Account Manager at all levels of operation:
- Product research, prepare client quotes and execute detailed purchase orders. Confirm product availability, art proof, quality and timing of merchandise with suppliers.
- Follow-up to ensure timely processing of orders, accurate delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assist Account Manger & Accounting to ensure timely processing of billing and collection.
- Do research on current clients and provide creative ideas to your Account Manager. Identify new client opportunities.
- Work on special projects, as designated by the Account Manager.
- Attend supplier new product meetings.
- Help complete Project/Information request forms for eStore programs.
- Interface with all departments.
- Previous experience in Branded Merchandise is preferred.
- Previous experience with NetSuite is preferred, but not required.
Account Coordinators receive invaluable on the job training preparing them for lucrative Account Manager careers.
