You are the face, voice, and first impression of KSS so we are looking for only the best! What does this look like?
- Superb customer service all day, every day!
- Give support to customers and sales consultants alike with order entry, special shipping, and follow up.
- Effectively communicate in our showroom, over the phone, through email, at the grocery store – wherever!
- Build relationships with our frequent flyers – get to know them and connect!
- Keep customer files updated, organized, and accessible.
- Ability to use Microsoft Suite and other industry related software.
