What the Account Coordinator Does

A Red Sage Account Coordinator works in partnership with an Account Executive to execute the multi-faceted strategies of our clients. Responsibilities will be diverse and always support pushing tasks across the finish line, working with our cross-functional teams. You will help manage projects against goals, deliverables, timelines and budgets, ensuring a seamless and delightful client experience along the way. Account Coordinators report to the Vice President of Client Experience & Strategy or Director of Client Services, per project specifications.

Specifically, the successful Account Coordinator will:

  • Partner with an Account Executive to help manage details of multi-faceted client accounts including scheduling, detail capture, timeline and budget management, coordination of activities, and other tasks supporting the scope of work.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration skills working with internal and external teams, ensuring all work produced is high quality, accurate, and meets client objectives.
  • Be naturally curious of the clients and accounts you support, bringing thoughtful, effective ideas to the table for consideration.
  • Serve as a client point-of-contact supporting the Account Executive in delivery of commitments to clients.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • B.A. in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • 2 - 3+ years of marketing, digital marketing, media, or public relations experience
  • Examples of successful project coordination, management and execution, including notable achievements
  • Proficiency in MS Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • A cover letter explaining why you are the best candidate for this position

The following are a plus:

  • Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with marketing data analytics, digital advertising analytics, website management, web, and social media analytics
  • Prior experience with project management software
