We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Account Contact Representative. this person's role is scheduling appointments and ensuring the proper paperwork is prepared before the appointments begin.
- Outbound calls to schedule reviews, and sales appointments to our clientele

-Ensure proper paperwork is prepared dependent on appointment type.

-Collaborate with team members and management to ensure client satisfaction is increased

- Proven experience in outbound calling and sales
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to analyze customer needs
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry with high attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
