Bilingual (English/Spanish) Hybrid Remote/ In Office- Maplewood NJ

Responsibilities
- Assisting Account Manager on sales and service activities such as "onboarding" new policyholders.
- Working with Account Manager on developing new sources of referrals including but not limited to planning/ attending local community events in order to develop and deepen community relationships
- Quoting and binding new insurance products
- Assisting policyholders with service requests including policy changes, billing questions & taking payments.
- Handle office financial deposit, mail & meet with customers when needed in the office.
- Social media input

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Positive, outgoing, team-player
- Self-motivated
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Must be able to reliability get to and from Maplewood office when needed
