Accessibility tester

Contract/Fulltime 
Skills required:

• Accessibility (WCAG / 508) testing skill / experience
• Mobile A11Y
• Web A11Y

Job Description:

• WCAG standards knowledge
• Screen reader expertise with JAWS/NVDA
• Experience with accessibility testing on both web and mobile platforms
• Willingness to work in shifts as per project roster

• • 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Be able to describe accessibility issues and recommendations for resolving them to non subject matter expert engineers. (Bug reporting)
• Some debugging skills, able to convey and explain bug causes and a11y concepts to non a11y subject matter experts using minimal step reproduction cases.
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated
• Able to self manage, adhere to deadlines
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with front end technologies
