Access Control Technician

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Access Control Specialist to join our team. As an Access Control Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Access Control systems for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.

Duties:
- Install and configure Access Control systems, including card readers, keypads, and biometric devices
- Program Access Control software and set up user profiles
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of Access Control systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Access Control systems, including hardware and software problems
- Provide training to clients on how to use Access Control systems effectively
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep accurate records of all work performed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with Access Control systems is required
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in installation and maintenance
- Familiarity with electrical systems and wiring
- Proficiency in computer hardware and software related to Access Control systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
