2. Manages the workflow regarding student grade changes and assists colleges'/program offices in this effort to ensure the timely processing of student records.
3. Processes bi-weekly enrollment status change reports to ensure proper reporting to the National Student Clearing House.
4. Reviews and enters grade submission and dissertation titles into student database to ensure information is accurate and processed in a timely manner.
5. Reviews internal reports and determines action to be taken; enters data in student database to ensure accuracy of student records.
6. Processes repeated course requests and change of grades reports to ensure compliance with university policy and procedures.
7. Responds to inquiries and resolves problems requiring understanding of work-area policies and procedures to ensure questions are answered and resolved in a timely manner.
8. Assists with pre-commencement activities and commencement ceremonies to ensure that staff provides quality customer service.
9. Responds to inquiries from University Call Center Triage calls.
10. Performs other duties assigned.

3. Proficient knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; data entry skills; Internet research abilities.
4. Knowledge of office practices and procedures (e.g., filing, answering telephones, and supply/equipment ordering).
5. Ability to enter and verify information with accuracy.
6. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
7. Ability to maintain confidential information.
8. Good organization and time management skills.
9. Proactive, punctual and reliable.
10. May need to work nights and weekends, if necessary.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
2. Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and supervisory staff at all levels.
3. May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties.
4. May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipment/supplies, to include but not limited to pens, pencils and computer keyboards.
