As an ALC Aide at Colorado Springs Christian Schools, you can expect to help implement appropriate written academic, IEP and accommodation plans, provide support to students within their respective plans, facilitate clear communication between students and teachers, and help maintain a positive learning environment. In this role, you will engage with students one-on-one or in small groups and contribute to the overall success of each student enrolled in the Academic Learning Services program. The position requires availability for 2 School Days per week, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic and personal growth. To excel as an ALC Aide at Colorado Springs Christian Schools, candidates should possess a High School Diploma, with some college education preferred. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for this role. A passion for supporting students in their academic endeavors and a willingness to assist with various classroom tasks are also key attributes.
