We are seeking an Academic Coordinator to join our team. As an Academic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational programs and initiatives of our organization. Thhis role involves providing administrative and clerical support to academic departments, faculty, and staff members. The incumbent will assist in coordinating various academic activities, maintaining academic records, and facilitating communication between different stakeholders
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Academic Affairs office, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence via phone and email.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating academic events such as faculty meetings, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to academic programs, courses, and student enrollment.
- Coordinate the process of course scheduling, including room assignments, instructor assignments, and timetable creation.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new faculty members, working closely with Human Resources.
- Serve as a point of contact for students, faculty, and staff regarding academic inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of academic reports, presentations, and documentation for accreditation purposes.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying, and scanning documents.
