ABMS /AOA Board Certified Physician Consultants for Disability File Review

Requirements

• ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Specialty
• Active, unrestricted physician licensure in at least one US State
• Must be a permanent resident of a US state or territory.
• Must maintain at least half-time clinical practice and been in practice for 5 years.

• Neuro-Ophthalmology
• Cardiology with Internal Medicine
• ENT
• PM&R with Pain Management
• Occupational Medicine with Internal Medicine
• Occupational Medicine with Pain Management
• Oncology with Hematology
• PM&R with Pain Management and Occupational Medicine (Tri-Boarded)
• PM&R with Pain Management and Neurology (Tri-Boarded)
• Toxicology
• Urology
