Role:
A behavior technician's role will provide instruction when targeting ABA programs and implementing behavior intervention plans. The techniques used will be within the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. The population served includes children with Autism, and other developmental or cognitive disabilities. ABA services will be provided primarily in the homes of clients, community, and possibly in-clinic. The BT will collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and assist with clinical assessments as needed.
What you will need:
- High school diploma
- Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS but not required
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
- RBT Certification is not required, but a PLUS, and we will pay you for your RBT training!
- Effective time management skills.
- MUST have a valid California Drivers License
- A reliable mode of transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
- Ability and willingness to drive/travel to different locations to conduct sessions such as the community.
- Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
- Working hours M - F 2:00 pm - 8:00pm

Job Type: Part-time to start, and transition to full time in the future
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
