ABA Therapist - Clinic Based Role

Job Title:ABA Therapist (Monday-Friday 9:00am-2:45pm)

To support our rapid growth and commitment to quality care, Yellow Bus ABA is seeking exceptional Behavior Technicians to join our therapy team.

Successful candidates will demonstrate an understanding and passion for engaging with children/individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Successful candidates have experience teaching developmentally appropriate skills and social interactions while implementing behavior reduction protocols. Learn and master Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to provide quality and consistent therapeutic services to children.

In this hourly, non-exempt, part-time position, you will be an integral part of the therapy team, working directly with children and families.

As a Yellow Bus BT, your responsibilities will include:

· Empower children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families to reach their full potential - helping them grow, learn and reach milestones

· Measure each client’s progress and monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans by collecting and evaluating data

· Provide ABA services in a clinical and/or in-home setting

· Collaborate with BCBA’s/LBA’s and peers to overview clients progress and implement new programs based on milestones reached

· Implement programs created by BCBA/LBA with fidelity, compassion and quality

As an ideal BT candidate, you are:

· Passionate about helping children on the spectrum and seeing their progress and growth

· Adaptable and ability to work and build rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Commitment to working flexible part-time after-school/evening schedules

· (Preferred) Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other Behavioral/Developmental deficits

· Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to help children succeed in their goals and development

Hourly rate: $22.00 to $29.00
