ABA Technician/Registered Line Technician (RLT)

A New Day ABA Therapy Center is seeking a highly qualified Registered Line Technician (RLT)/ABA Technician for our growing ABA program!! RLTs are responsible for implementing treatment programs for children on the autism spectrum and their families receiving applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy.

NEW, INCREASED PAY SCALE! Hourly wage is based on experience and education. POTENTIAL FOR A RAISE AFTER 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYEMENT!

Part-time with potential to move into full-time positions available.

QUALIFICATIONS for ABA Technician:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with autism (PREFERRED but not required)
• High School Diploma (REQUIRED), Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience working with children or individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Available between 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 2pm one Saturday a month.
• Professional, motivated, organized, creative, team player
• Must pass drug screen and be able to be registered with the state licensing board

JOB REQUIREMENTS for ABA Technician:

Upon hire complete online training for Registered Behavior Technicians

• Manage client and family services based on policies and procedures
• Completion of all required documentation
• Maintain positive working relationship with family and client
• Track and report time spent in direct contact with clients and time spent preparing documents, reports, and other materials related to clients
• Work cooperatively and courteously with all staff
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment
• Report to behavior analyst on client progress and offer feedback

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
