Job Description

Achieving True Self-Washington County, MD.

Achieving True Self (ATS) has a new, exciting opportunity to provide behavior support to young learners in the Washington County area of Maryland. Are you excited by new opportunities where hard work, immediate action, and dedication pays off. Have you worked in a school setting where students required additional supports for behavioral challenges?

At ATS, we have a unique opportunity to expand our services to support those who don't have an Autism diagnosis, but might struggle with other behavioral challenges. As a ABA School Coordinated Supports RBT, you will use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to provide intense behavioral support for our young learners within the Maryland Consortium on Coordinated Community Supports. You will work to bridge the gap between school and home by ensuring consistent support in both settings. Our support will take place through individual consults and social skills groups as well as with parent groups.

You will be a part of an exceptionally supportive work environment where team members thrive, feel valued, and are ultimately appreciated for their contributions.
