Become an ABA Behavior Technician with Alora Behavioral Health! As a Behavioral Technician, you will work with children, teenagers and adults in their homes helping them build stronger skills utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

**Pay Decided Upon Employment based on location, education, certifications, and experience.
As a Behavior Technician, you will:
- Make a difference in someone's life
- Paid training process to become comfortable and confident to provide services
- Work 1:1 with clients, in their home or community setting, following individualized and evidence-based interventions (created and supported by your supervisor)
- Collect data throughout the session and complete session notes to track client progress
- Have the flexibility with a part time role
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Preferred: enrolled in college or some college coursework completed)
- Minimum 6 months experience/exposure to individuals with disabilities (direct job experience not required) is preferred
- A strong desire to make a meaningful and lasting difference
- At least 10 hours available during most afternoons and evenings (Sessions typically occur between, but not limited to, the hours of 3:00 pm-8:00 pm)
- Must be 18 y/o or older
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Access to reliable transportation - You will be traveling to client homes to provide services
- Successfully pass a criminal background check, TB tests, Pre-employment Physical/Fit for Duty exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ Varicella during onboarding (The company covers the cost of these requirements)
Service expectations include traveling up to a 30-minute drive from of your location**
Other Qualities We Appreciate... but are not required:
- Bilingual a plus; High need for Spanish-speaking candidates
- Bachelor's degree; background in human services, child development, ABA, early childhood education, liberal studies, nursing, psychology, or sociology
- 1+ years of experience working with children/adults with neurodiversity
- Active RBT certification
- Some weekend availability helpful, but not required

We are seeking staff that can work in various parts of Coachella Valley. We are searching for staff located in Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Indio, La Quinta, Palm Desert etc. Staff are NOT required to cover all areas and we will seek to assign you cases in a reasonable coverage area.
