Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair various automotive systems, including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, and more
- Efficiently and safely complete service and repair assignments to meet our dealership's high-quality standards
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain open communication with service advisors and foreman regarding the progress of service work
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills, remaining receptive to learning opportunities
Qualifications:
- Certified or have a minimum of 3 years of Automotive Technician/Mechanic experience
- Possess a team-oriented mindset, flexibility, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Proficient in using shop equipment, such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic equipment, and more
- Demonstrated automotive knowledge and expertise
- Own a sufficient set of personally-owned tools in good working order
- Hold a valid driver's license
