Rocky Boy Jr/Sr High School seeks a professional, innovative educator who is highly motivated and student-oriented to plan, implement, & manage an effective Science curriculum for students in grades 7-12. Come and join our team for the 2022-23 school year. Specific teaching assignments to be determined, but would include six instructional periods with one prep hour. 4-5 class periods would be committed to JH [Life & Earth Science] with 1-2 high school course assignments. We hire candidates who will enhance our instructional staff and possess high expectations focused on academic excellence in Science. An additional teaching endorsement in any secondary field would be highly beneficial. Candidates must possess and exhibit proficiency in technology and both in-person and distance teaching/learning settings. Successful candidate must be visible in our community. Salary range $39,928-$73,357 [DOE].
Qualifications: Montana Class I or II Teaching certificate with endorsement in 03S-BROADFIELD SCIENCE. A minor or additional teaching endorsement would be beneficial, but not required.
Supplementary Information: District also offers $13,044 for Health Insurance [includes vision & dental] thru MUST Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Standard Application Package requires (cover letter, resume, district application, college transcripts, copy of teaching licensure/certification, college credential file or 3 current letters of reference).
