Penmac Staffing is currently seeking a Rubber Molder Press Operator to fill an opening with a company located in Staples. This is a 3rd Shift position. The ideal candidates should have manufacturing experience and the ability to follow work instructions, and have basic math skills.
Responsibilities of the Rubber Molder/Press Operator
- Making sure the correct material, tools and press settings are being used when making the part
- Ability to understand the process of making the part (know measurements for weighing material)
- Inspect the parts per directions on work instructions
- Able to trim parts if requested at the press
- Accurate counts of parts being boxed at the press
- Ability to work efficiently and meet or exceed standard work pace
4 day work week! Sunday - Wednesday 8 pm - 6 am.
