3rd shift, Physically Strong Manufacturing Trainees $21/hr (JS)
Contract to Hire. Starting pay range $18-$21/hr.
3rd Shift is 11:30pm – 7:30am.
2nd Shift is 3:30pm – 12:00am.
TRAINING ON 1ST SHIFT REQUIRED

Must have strong math skills and forklift + machine operating experience.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and 10 panel drug screen.
Valid DL and own reliable vehicle required.
Job Description – Chemical Operator
Need to be able to lift 60lbs regularly, strong math skills, be able to problem solve and follow batch sheets
Within the requirements of the Quality System the job-holder shall have the following roles and responsibilities:
- Report unsafe conditions to supervisor or Safety and Environmental Manager
- Have the responsibility for the following:
o Reading SDS’s to be familiar with material hazards
o Following safety guidelines, work instructions, good manufacturing practices, proper hygiene
o Notifying Supervisor of potential equipment problems
o Verifying that materials are available and correct prior to starting production batch
o Labeling Finished Good and Raw Materials correctly
o Notifying Supervisor if product, process or equipment is running out of the ordinary
o Reading and following SOP’s as they pertain to manufacturing
o Operating equipment to achieve desired results
o Completing required paperwork (i.e. batch sheets) per applicable SOP
o Working with Quality Control to achieve desired results on batches produced
o Waste Minimization
o Safety and housekeeping in all area of production and bulk tank areas
o Loading and unloading tankers
o Maintaining proper identification on storage tanks
o Ensuring product is put into and taken out of proper storage tanks, totes or drums
