3rd Shift CNA Healthcare - Fulltime

At Christian Care, our Third Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) tirelessly cares for residents through the lonely hours of the night. Team members answer each call light promptly, assisting residents out of bed to use the bathroom or change soiled linens. The aide passes out fresh water and pillows to help restless residents get back to sleep. CNA Team members are expected to carry out any other essential CNA duties as provided by supervision.

When morning nears, the aide helps rouse slumbering residents, washing, dressing, and preparing them for breakfast before the day shift arrives. Their diligent efforts through the night ensure residents' needs are met and they are ready to start their day.

Before clocking out, it is expected for CNA to provide detailed reports to update the morning staff on which residents had a restful night and which may need extra attention.

Additional Information/benefits:

• Pay for our 3rd Shift CNA's starts out at $17.60/hour + an additional $0.25 per year of qualifying experience (cap of 15 years.)
