3D Laser Scanning Technician

• Travel across the country taking photos, and 2D and 3D measurements of various hotels, retail sites, and facilities.
• Document property conditions in 2D, and 3D floor plans and elevations using AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Read and understand project documents, scope-of-work execution, proactive collaboration, quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the processing team to ensure scope alignment and project quality.
• Provide updates and communicate with project managers and survey teams during the project lifecycle.

• Support clients as they remodel or acquire new properties by capturing existing site conditions in alignment with client guidelines and scope of work.
• Assemble well-crafted survey reports using excellent measurement, photography, and AutoCAD skills.
• Responsibly use a variety of measurement tools, 3D terrestrial laser scanners, laptops, cameras, as well as smartphones and iPads.
• Demonstrate proven experience using collaboration platforms, apps, and various software.
• Assist with a wide variety of projects by adapting to new scopes, standards, and software. Participate in the Coast 2 Coast learning culture by obtaining skills offered through mentorship and online courses.

• Each applicant must have experience in at least one of the following, AutoCAD, Revit, Lidar Scanning, 360 Photography, and Drone Aviation.
• Must possess strong verbal/written communication skills, the ability to produce work independently, and effectively coordinate with team members.
• Proactive and organized, the candidate effectively manages multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting. deadlines (including taking advantage of overtime opportunities).
• With a valid driver's license and living in the vicinity of a major airport to facilitate travel.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening, as well as random screening during employment.
