SalaryHome Instead in Itasca is looking for ExperiencedLive-In Caregivers to join our team of Caregivers ! Weekend availability is a must. Enjoy competitive pay, paid training, and 24/7 office support while providing care for a senior in their home.
Live-In Caregivers must stay with their clients for 3 or 4 days at a time.
Caregiver Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Incontinence/Shower / bathing experience a plus
- Gait belt experience a plus, paid training available!
- Hoyer lift experience a plus, paid training available!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Assistance with grooming and bathing
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
- Assistance with transferring and mobility
- Alzheimer's Care
