Form of workPOSITION SUMMARY: This position requires team members to efficiently move trailers around the facility to help prepare freight that is being transported to Menard, Inc. stores.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely and efficiently move trailers to different areas of the facility
- Communicate with area supervisors using a yard management system to ensure proper placement of trailers
- Provide outstanding service to stores by maintaining attention to detail and completing tasks in a timely manner
- Perform safety check of tractor vehicle prior to operation
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a good driving record
- Experience operating tractor/trailer or willingness to learn
- CDL license a plus
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Proof of valid driver’s license
