This Position:
The individual in this position is responsible for the organization of accurate and timely material flow into and out of the manufacturing and/or warehouse departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support warehouse operation via transporting inventory and materials throughout the warehouse to and from Production areas using Powered Industrial Equipment including pallet jacks, fork trucks and turret stock pickers (TSPs).
- Insure accurate, safe and efficient receipt of all inbound materials including, but not limited to: packaging materials, imported goods, and internal manufactured items.
- Maintain consistent level of internal support and assure accurate, safe and efficient fulfillment of all sales order requests.
- Support the requirements of the functional team to insure the safe and efficient operation of all material handling equipment.
Compensation:
- Starting Hourly Rate: $23.00 (With employee driven increases through learning and development opportunities).
- Eligible for salary increases after 1 year through skills and job leveling program.
- Shift Differential for off shifts

Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with receiving or shipping background preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
- Basic writing and math skills required
- Flexibility to meet rotational shift changes and overtime, as required.
- Basic computer and data entry knowledge required. Ability to use a radio frequency scanner.
- Knowledge of standard warehouse and/or production practices and processes helpful but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Truck Driving experience - 26FT or above
- Receiving or shipping experience preferred
Education & Certifications:
- High School Diploma
Other Requirements:
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
- Able to be trained and certified to operate PIT equipment: pallet jacks, fork trucks, reach trucks and turret stock picker (TSP). TSP equipment weighs approximately 18,000 pounds
- Ability to pull, push climb, balance, stoop, knee, crouch and reach with arms
- Must be able to walk frequently
