-Base salary is $70,000 to $80,000 annually with an annual bonus potential of 8% to 12%

REQUIREMENTS:

-Willing to work 2nd Shift 

-Experience supervising production personnel 

-Experience in manufacturing 

-Experience coaching and mentoring other production personnel 

-Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
