Our client is a Jeffersonville, IN based producer of wood veneer products. They have been in business since 1929, and produce a wide range of products used in the manufacturing of fine architectural woodwork for office and residential furniture, store fixtures, kitchen cabinets, automotive dashboard kits, the aircraft industry and other fine products.
They are adding the following positions to their team:
- Sander - 2nd Shift - $17.30 to start and $18 once training is complete.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs regularly.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet or humid conditions, saw dust airborne particles. The taper position is also a very sticky job.
Available Shifts:
2nd Shift ? 3:30 PM ? 12:00 AM Monday - Friday (Will need to train on 1st shift 7am-3:30pm)
