POSITION SUMMARY

As a member of the Inventory Control Team, you have primary responsibility for maintaining accurate inventory. The Replenishment Specialist is responsible for ensuring company standards are upheld throughout the distribution center. The Replenishment Specialist is also required to act as support to the multi-shift operations team to meet the distribution centers' goals. The Replenishment Specialist should have knowledge of product information, receiving procedures, shipping procedures, and maintain a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consolidate items into fewer bins
• Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment including forklifts to complete job duties
• Resolve and maintain the Bin Replenishment queue
• Partner with Inventory Control Team to accomplish any projects the team might have
• Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able push and pull up to 150lbs/carry up to 50 - 75lbs
• Must be able to constantly bend, reach, climb, and stand throughout shift
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Must be detailed oriented
• Must be proficient in collecting, organizing, and processing data on a personal computer and/or handheld device
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and OneDrive
• Must maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance
