Job Description
- Inspect aerospace components using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, comparators, and other tools.
- Responsible for technical writing, report generation, and conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct visual inspections and maintain accurate records.
- Write detailed inspection reports and technical documents.
- Proficient with computers and quality management systems.
- Experience in root cause analysis.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of Quality Inspector experience.
- Experience inspecting metal materials and metal parts.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
- Technical writing skills and Computer proficiency.
- Must be able to train in the morning shift before moving to 2nd Shift.
