Our company is looking to add a new member to the team! Our company has been a
B2B partner in the Custom Finishing industry for over 60 years. Our current opening
is for an experienced all position MIG Welder/Pipe Fitter in our plant. The individual
will support various departments by interpreting mechanical blueprints, determining
appropriate tools and metals, using cutting tools, and assembling metal pieces.
The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, excellent math skills, and is self-
motivated and collaborative!

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities we are looking for:
• Join appropriate metals to specifications.
• Prepare metals and work surfaces to ensure safe and effective assembly.
• Interpret specifications and blueprints accurately.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Regular cleaning and inspecting welding equipment and tools.
• Operate cranes and other machinery to transport materials to welding
worksites.
• Work with various power tools.
• Determining machine settings.
• Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting as required.
• Communicate with the plant manager or supervisor, report any issues, and
make suggestions for improvement.
• Experience with black iron and stainless steel welding techniques
Required Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma
• 2 years of welding experience preferred
• Must be able to pass an all-position well test
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required. Will train.
• Excellent stamina, strength, and dexterity.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• A willingness to learn and work overtime when required.
