Join Cerebral Staffing, LLC on site at our client John Deere in Valley City, ND as a 2nd Shift Material Flow Coordinator!
Location: Valley City, North Dakota
Duration of Role: 2+ years
Pay: $27.03 / hourly
Hours: 2nd Shift – 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM Monday – Thursday. Possible OT Friday/Saturday. Weekly OT expectations posted on Wednesdays. Potential OT up to 18 additional hours a week.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Coordinates with experimental warehouse and internal warehouse to ensure material reservations are received and processed.
· Pick material (physically, or coordinating the physical picking of material)
· Shipping of material reservations out of the factory for offsite weld or assembly.
· Supports the processing of incoming material into segregated locations.
· Triggers parts from internal and external warehouse.
· Supports weekly build planning meetings.
· Report on build readiness to key stakeholders (Program Management, SM, Quality, Manufacturing, and Design).
· Utilizes SAP transactions to support all aspects of the material delivery process and Inventory Accuracy.
· Works with Material Replenishment Specialist to establish, change, and monitor internal control cycles.
· Works closely with several functional areas including operations, engineering, supply management, production control, and material delivery on shortages, expedites, inventory accuracy, COGI, and engineering changes.
· Conducts Request Counts as requested by other functional areas including SM Planners and Buyers.
· Conducts Request Counts when inventory discrepancies are found to make necessary adjustments.
· Investigates inventory status to include establishing “cut offs” determining inspection status, receiving status and perform counting process.
· Follows all company policies and procedures.
· Wears all appropriate and required PPE.
· Work as part of a team to accomplish daily requirements.
· Other duties related to the Material Flow and Inventory Accuracy processes.
REQUIRED:
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to be self-directed, proactive, and take initiative.
· Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software.
· Previous experience preferred or relative job skills.
· High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
· Knowledge of parts distribution systems and parts terminology.
· Knowledge of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) side of the Business.
· 1-3 years of experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Standing and walking 2.5 hours continuously for a total of 9 hours per shift.
· Employee must be able to tolerate working in a building with limited heating and cooling controls and conduct Counts outside in North Dakota Climate year-round.
· Worker must be able to see clearly at both near and far distances.
· Kneeling/Bending up to 2.5 hours continuously up to 9 hours per day.
· Lift 50 pounds occasionally.
