Job Description
We are currently seeking Maintenance Mechanics/ Field Operators to learn the use of our pyrolyzing machines! These machines convert biomass into a stable, carbon-rich liquid and then pump it deep underground to replenish soil. Ideal candidates are looking for a long term opportunity with an incredible team, should have equipment maintenance/ set up experience, and the desire to grow in a rapidly evolving industry!

Pay: $28- $35/hr DOE
Hours: 4 day work week (4 days on, 4 days off), 4 x 12hr. shifts – 6pm – 6am
20% travel within the US (will be flown home every 4 days when shift is complete)
Requirements
- Experience maintaining and operating heavy machinery and equipment (more than just troubleshooting while waiting for a Maintenance Mechanic)
- Experience operating a forklift, telehandler, skid steer, tractor, other agricultural implements and/or willingness to learn
- Ability to work autonomously and troubleshoot on the job (operations will be unable to stop, must be able to get machines up and running again)
- Ability to work outside in all conditions (extreme conditions would result in plant closure)
