Job Description

In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking an Inbound Supervisor (Second Shift)
to oversee the team responsible for processing Inbound deliveries—including unloading, receiving and storing new products—while maintaining Lakeshore’s standard of excellence. The role requires maintaining service level agreements and ensuring quality of performance for completing each task in a timely fashion. Applicants should be able to maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements. The ideal candidate also possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A day in the office looks like this:

  • Ensure that Inbound associates are following all standardized processes to obtain and store products safely and accurately
  • Set daily goals and monitor performance to ensure goals are achieved
  • Develop, implement and maintain the quality of Inbound processes
  • Assign duties and assess work for exactness and conformance to policies and procedures
  • Continue to work on process improvement
  • Assign tasks as needed, ensure team members receive training for job activities and define specific job assignments
  • Train, coach and mentor associates to build a strong, goal-oriented Inbound team

Qualifications

Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of prior Inbound Operations experience or similar experience
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, with focus on Outlook and Excel
  • Knowledge of warehouse operating procedures and protocol
  • Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Additional Information

And here’s our end of the bargain!

  • Competitive compensation based on skills and experience
  • Paid leave for new parents to support work/life balance and family bonding
  • Excellent medical/dental and vision coverage—EPO, PPO and HSA
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution (because you will retire someday)
  • Flexible benefits—choose what you like, ignore the rest
  • Generous employee discount
  • Casual dress…and we really mean it
