Job Title: Fabrication Technician

Shift: Mon-Thurs 4pm-2:30am

Location: Frazeysburg, OH

Pay Rate: $18.40/hr-$19.55/hr (Including Shift Differential)

Job Summary: 

Ridge Corporation is seeking production associates for full time employment opportunities.  It is helpful for candidates to have experience in manufacturing and reading tape measure; however we provide on the job training as well. The persons selected will be working directly with other members of the production team as well as safety, quality and engineering. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
•  Self motivated
• Ability to read a tape measure

1. High School diploma / GED preferred
2. Proven commitment to quality compliance and productivity
3. Ability to follow work instructions from start up to shut down
4. Good applied interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
5. Ability to read and comprehend basic English and perform basic math functions

Ergonomic Requirements:

• Ability to Stand for Long Periods of Time
• Ability to use Power Tools safely
