We currently have an opening for (1) 2nd Shift ERP Systems Specialist. Working within the limits of authority and within company policies and procedures, The ERP Systems Specialist position will be primarily responsible for engaging in new system implementations and supporting day-to-day tasks related to ERP systems by acting as a liaison between the Technology team and our business users.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consult with business users to identify wants, needs, and/or issues, and help deliver technology solutions that meet those needs.
  • Provide process and technical leadership assistance in streamlining business processes to users on 2nd Shift.
  • Collaborate with the Application Services ERP team to document design specifications and functional requirements.
  • Primary individual to close jobs as they complete on the line in real time.
  • Provide operational support such as, troubleshooting end-user issues, Closing/Changing jobs as business needs change, and perform ongoing support for 2nd Shift.
  • Develop a working knowledge of ERP system for all departments (Processing, Production, Warehouse, Cooler, Quality, etc…)
  • Create, maintain, and deliver end-user training on any new or added functionality in the system along with normal system operation training.
  • Other duties as required.

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer, Mathematics, or Engineering Preferred

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-5 years of business implementation of ERP system preferred.
  • Experience working in the technology, software, or SaaS industries.
  • Experience with collection and documentation requirements for ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of reconciliations between system inventory vs actual inventory
  • Working knowledge of a Dairy Manufacturing Plant Environment

SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Excellent Computer Skills including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Aptean Ross, etc
  • Ability to organize, analyze, interpret, evaluate problems, and provide solutions with the right sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to focus on overall business success and find opportunities within Plant Operations and the business to improve performance and efficiency.

Pay: $64,800k-$87,500k/yr.

Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other components of the total rewards package may include participation in group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away from work, and paid holidays.
