2nd shift, EHS Associate Metal Fab- $12 (+$2 shift premium)

We are leading Metal Fabrication plant in Greenville, SC. We are dedicated to excellence in manufacturing while prioritizing the safety, health, and well-being of our employees. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced EHS Worker to enhance our commitment to a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

1. Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
2. Provide comprehensive safety training to employees, emphasizing proper equipment usage and emergency procedures.
3. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.
4. Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
5. Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills for effective response.
6. Manage the storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with regulations.
7. Monitor and control noise levels and air quality to maintain a healthy working environment.
8. Assess ergonomic factors and implement improvements to enhance workplace comfort and efficiency.
9. Facilitate communication of safety policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the organization.
10. Collaborate with management to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in safety and environmental practices.

2nd shift, 3:30-2am. Typically Mon-Fri but there will be some weekend work at times.
