The 2nd Assistant Manager - Part Time will assist the Store Manager and 1st Assistant Manager in managing the daily operations of the store. This position will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising employees, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager and 1st Assistant Manager in managing the daily operations of the store
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Supervise and train employees
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Assist with scheduling and payroll
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Handle customer complaints and issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or 1st Assistant Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills
This position will require standing for extended periods of time, as well as bending, stooping, and lifting. The 2nd Assistant Manager - Part Time will work in a retail environment and may be exposed to dust, noise, and temperature fluctuations.
