This merit-based Diversity Fellowship will be awarded on a competitive basis. Recipients of the Fellowship will be awarded a $25,000 stipend in addition to a paid 2L summer associate position. Payment of the stipend will occur in two parts after the completion of the Summer Program and following the acceptance of an offer to join as a first-year associate.
All applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Enrollment at an ABA-accredited law school with an expected graduation date of 2026.
- Must join the 2025 Venable Summer Program after their second year of law school. Splitting with another employer is not permitted.
