R.S. Audley Inc. has full-time openings for Bridge Laborers. This role is essential in providing support and assistance in major highway projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Being mindful and practicing excellent safety habits at all times. This includes the use of company vehicles and equipment, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and being mindful of equipment in the area of work.

· Perform physical tasks at highway and heavy construction project sites.

• Concrete work (building forms, tying rebar)
• Carpentery
• Jack hammering, shoveling, mixing
• Working around cranes and other equipment
• Manlifts (must not be afraid of heights)

· Maintain a clean work space.

· Ability to work as a part of a team.

· Demonstrates a willingness to take initiative to anticipate work and do what needs to be done.

· Regulate traffic as needed.

· Other duties as assigned.
