Production team members work as part of an assembly team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors. The laborer is assigned to a team and tasks will vary based on business necessity.

- 1st Shift- 40 hours (Monday-Thursday 7AM-5:30 PM) OT on Fridays 7a-3:30 P and Saturdsays 6a-2:30 Pm as needed/scheduled
- Team members receive (2) 10 minute paid breaks and (1) 30 minute unpaid break
- After 90 days, $21.45, and a potentional increase again in 6 months.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn and perform repetitive job tasks. Potentially rotate to a new task with varying physical requirements for each task. Cross-trained in different areas.
- Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, following production orders.
- Regular, dependable attendance.
- Comply with safety, quality, and production standards requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Pass pre-employment tests
- Being able to lift repetitively 80-100 lbs
- Work in a team environment with the ability to communicate in a concise, polite, and respectful manner.
