Form of workWomen in Finance Workshop:
Lincoln International invites high-performing, motivated undergraduate Women Interested in learning more about the financial services industry to apply for our Women in Finance Workshop.
We have designed a one-day program that will expose young women to the various opportunities available to them through a career in financial services, particularly investment banking. The agenda includes panel discussions with current and former female investment banking professionals, a Gravitas workshop designed to strengthen presentation skills and confidence, and opportunities to network with Lincoln International professionals of various levels. This program will serve as a kickoff event for 2025 summer internship recruiting, so it will be a great opportunity to begin the conversation for junior year internships.
- Lincoln's Women in Finance Program is a one day program, which will take place on Thursday, January 4th, 2024 at Lincoln's Chicago Office
- Application Deadline: Friday, December 8th, 2023
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Current Sophomores in college or university
- Preferred Finance, Accounting or Business Major
- Minimum GPA of 3.5
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
