Lawrence Group is seeking a 2024 SummerInformation Technology Internto assist our office inSt. Louisstarting June 3rd through August 2nd.

The key responsibilities include:
- Provide technical assistance promptly and professionally in person, over the phone, and through electronic channels
- Log and assign work orders accurately using the designated tracking application
- Direct technical issues to the appropriate resource as needed
- Recognize and escalate urgent situations to ensure prompt resolution
- Assist in troubleshooting software applications and actively engage in learning new troubleshooting techniques
- Conduct thorough research using available information resources to address user inquiries effectively
- Collaborate with the IT team to support users and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Perform workstation installations, including imaging and physical setup
- Manage assets and inventory meticulously to ensure accurate tracking and availability
- Adhere to standard IT-related processes and procedures consistently
Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in an Information Technology - Undergraduate program
- General working knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure is desired
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in team environment.
