Key Responsibilities:

  • Become familiar in day-to-day operations of clinical trials and assist the needs of clinical sites, vendors and the sponsor study team
  • Will be assigned a project affording the opportunity to actively contribute to the organization, build a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and the role of Clinical Development.
  • Projects may include:
    • Participate in preparation of Regulatory documents for submission to Global Regulatory Authorities .
    • Participate in the development of a Clinical Investigator's Brochure.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Master's, PharmD, or PhD degree
  • Maintaining a 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Scientific/laboratory/healthcare background and/or experience
  • Leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint etc.)
  • Embody the SpringWorks Values to act with empathy and humility to drive a culture that takes ownership and accountability for their individual and teams' performance
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors effectively and clearly in a remote hybrid work environment.

Eligibility:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the start of the program.
  • Applicants must have completed at least two semesters at an accredited U.S. college or university before beginning the internship.
  • Applicants must attend a school in a U.S. state or territory and be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Applicants must have a strong desire to pursue a career in a biotechnology field.
  • Applicants should have a GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale preferred.
  • Applicants must be available to work onsite weekly a minimum of 2 days.
  • Applicants must be available for the full 10-week internship, beginning 6/3/24.

Compensation:

The expected hourly rate for this position is $35.00/hour.
